All conference activities, including lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, are included in the tuition fee. A deposit of $100 is required at time of registration to reserve your spot for 2 or three day attendance, Full payment due at time of registration for one day attendance. There is a non-refundable $30 registration fee. $50 is non-refundable after May 25th through June 10th. No refund if cancellation received on June 10th or later. The full tuition balance is due on June 10th. The conference tuition does not include lodging. See more about food, lodging and schedule below.
FOOD
Don't worry! Food is an amazing and glorious art, too, and great food and beverages will abound! Lunches and dinners are included in your registration package. Food restrictions? Let us know on your registration form.
LODGING OPTIONS
Ashland is a beautiful town known for its summer Shakespeare festival.. The surrounding region has many beautiful accommodations from which to choose. Given the popularity of the high tourist season in Southern Oregon, please reserve your accommodations well in advance. Suggested options include: Comfort Inn and Suites 3 miles from venue (block of rooms reserved for Ascend Conference - see below), Flagship Inn, Stratford Inn, several luxury hotels are in Ashland too if this is your summer luxury vacation! Or camping is available too. We recommend contacting Jackson County for camping at Emigrant Lake just 5 miles from the venue. Or many VRBO homes are also available in the area.. Our apologies, but we do not have supervised lodging arrangements for unaccompanied minors.
COMFORT INN AND SUITES
A block of rooms is reserved at Comfort Inn and Suites for conference attendees, just 3 miles from the venue. Reservations can be made by calling (541) 482-6932. Please identify yourself as an ASCEND conference attendee when you book one of the reserved rooms - or reference director Jeanne Randall. Available rooms have 2 Queen beds and may be shared by 2 or 3 conference guests if so desired, or may be booked privately. Breakfast is included. ASCEND rates: Average $122 per night plus tax. If you are interested in booking a double room to share and would like ASCEND to help connect you with a roommate, please let us know on your registration form, and we will seek to pair you another ASCEND attendee. Shared rate not guaranteed until a roommate is available.
